Good morning! Sunday has managed to completely sneak up on me once again, and I can hardly believe the end of the week is here already, but that seems to be the case. I have been getting a whole lot o’ sleep lately, and I slept quite late again this morning. Whoever said sleeping a lot indicates laziness should be punched square in the jaw, in my opinion. I doubt that they have ever experienced the restless insomnia of anorexia, which has made me grateful for each and every wink I get.
Needless to say, I am enjoying a big ol’ cup of coffee to start of my Sunday, and I am linking up with Amanda to share some good reads with you. Enjoy!
Recovery
This article offers some interesting arguments for and against weighing in recovery. Although I know that I am still in a place where I prefer to remain ignorant of my weight, there are certainly pros and cons on both sides of the issue. Ultimately, it’s important to remember that each person is going to have a different approach that works best for them at different times in recovery.

Of course, children should be fed nutritious food, but I think we need to be extremely careful to avoid teaching them that foods are “good” and “bad”. The occasional Oreo, right along with carrots, fresh greens, oatmeal, and ice cream, can be a part of a balanced diet.

Great articles again! I hate being bored, but find that when I have nothing to do, I start to get into a meditative zone and find it rejuvenating. Three cheers for nothing to do!
Boredom takes some getting used to, but it can be kind of refreshing sometimes 🙂
